A massive site with literally thousands of smileys to choose from and hotlink to, no signups, no subscriptions to gain access to content, just free smileys. It also has tons of other written content, tutorials on IRC and mIRC, ASCII smileys, Instant Messengers like Yahoo, MSN, AIM and ICQ, FAQ's on how to use the smileys on the site and a handy smiley pack download that you can install to add thousands more smileys to your messengers, emails or websites, blogs or forums.
Large Smiley
This site hosts possibly the biggest smileys I've seen so far on the net, it's easy to bookmark, visit and grab your favourite smiley before adding it to where you want.
Spacespider Wallpapers and Avatars
A decent sized site with lots of avatars and wallpapers that you can download for free. Content is always being added so check back on it often and check out it's New's Page.
Kaboul Proxy
A really fast web based proxy, no tricky settings to configure, just type in the name of the site you want to check on and you're off. Handy for admins and webmasters locked out of their sites, if they want to check on DNS propgation for a new site, or if there's a routing issue between you and the site you wish to visit, handy!
